The product specs online conflict with what technical support says over the phone. Is there a list of tech specs for the retail kit drives (i.e. WDBH2D5000ENC or WDBH2D0010HNC)? I haven’t been able to find the technical info (specifically bytes per sector or a designation as advanced format) for the retail kit drives, and they don’t seem to match any of the OEM’s listed (i.e. OEM 500gb 16mb cache, retail kit 500gb 32mb cache). Also, there are several OEM drives listed on the product pages, but missing from the technical pdf, for the OEM drives.
