Is there any way to get the manual for my WDTV Live?

It is working, but I need to give another user permissions.
I tried to telnet to it, but it said I could not (I’m sure I did before)

Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

and also the http interface didn’t work, but I don’t remember if it did before.

Any help would be appreciated.
