Is My Passport working properly (forbearance required)

I must start by telling you I’m one of those impatient users, often baffled by instructions. I  installed My Passport some months ago and later decided it would be a good thing to download the user’s manual. Comparing the diagrams in the manual with my actual screen makes me wonder if everything is as it should be. I’ve made 2 screen shots which I hope will help  you see what I mean. Thanks in advance
