Is it possible to share a photo album for other people to enjoy?

I only seem to be able to share a folder of file names with other people. is it possible to share a photo album in a way that other people can enjoy it. e.g., with a grid view of large thumbnails and the ability to view as a slideshow?

is this possible or no?
