Anyone can help?? :sob: I tried to transfer the files on the sd card to the computer via usb, but the usb was old, so there was an error in the middle, so 70% of the files disappeared while trying again :disappointed:

What slot are you using to place your SD card in and why does it have to be attached by USB? What does this have to do with a WD MY CLOUD?
