Ipone Photo not syncing anymore June '23

the original installation was done on an iphone 11 and this sync suddenly stopped in June '23. currently have an iPhone 14 and have reinstalled everything and so far no progress. the photo syncing gets stuck at “syncing 336 photo” and photos pass by very slowly in the app. I contacted WD helpdesk and they informed me that it is not their fault but Apple’s fault. After I contacted Apple, I again received feedback that it was not an Apple problem.

WD NAS version: 9.5.0-186 / App version 4.22.0 (2041)

The solutions with emptying the cache / removing the app and reinstalling it have already been tried and do not work.

Anyone who can help me with this? Thank you in advance for the effort you have taken.

i did open a ticket and i tried many " solutions " as mentioned above. also many thing which are on this community. do you advise to open a ticket again ?
