iOS Mobile App Unable to Login to EX2 Ultra Cloud No NAS

Bought my spouse a new My Cloud EX2 Ultra. Got it up and running just fine. She added me as a user and I got the email and set up the account on my iPhone app. When I log in, it very briefly flashes a dashboard then jumps right to a page that shows, “No associated NAS”. It states there that I need to have been invited to the device, which I obviously already did to get the login page, etc. It seems to be in this loop and won’t let me finish the sign in process.
Any ideas on how to complete this action? Thanks.
