I just bought a 3TB WDMYCLOUD and when i connected it, it gave me this error: Invalid parameter value. (400093). I just clicked OK and all was fine. Is this something I need to worry about, or?
Later I found out that I had problems playing MKV-files from my old 2012-model of the WDTV Live box. Some works fine and some plays about 2 minutes and then it begins to lack (like it’s jumping from frame to frame with no sound). Anybody else has this problem? I checked the firmware on both devices and they’re all up to date.
I’ve tried factory resetting the WDMYCLOUD (it took about 20 hours) and I get the same error (400093) as mentioned before, and it still lacks when playing MKV-files (some of them).
I’ve streamed the files directly from my desktop computer with no problems, so it’s not the MKV-files that are the problem.
I hope that some of you can help me.
