Invalid Operation Message

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

When I try to post a photo from my iphone to MyCloud I get the following message:
“Invalid Operation A file already exists at this location, or an invalid operation was attempted”

Can someone tell what is wrong this is a new photo so it can’t exist.
