Internet crashes when i work in the WD cloud

I suddenly got a problem with the Cloud. I can watch movies Photo’s and everything on it. But when i try to adapt something or put something on it or off it my internet crashes and i have to reset the Router to get the internet back working.

Test i done: 1) new Router
2) Firmware update
3) Putting the cloud behind a switch.

Anyone had a similar problem and fixed it?

@Moery Do you own a 1st or 2nd generation My Cloud? Have you looked at the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud? Use the below link for more information. Who provides your internet? What routers are you using?

v04.05.00-334 so 1st gen i think. and yes nothing on it. as it suddenly changed without me doing anything to the network.
