Internet access problem

When I log into mycloud.com using chrome, I see my data, but when a directory contains more than about 30 items, the rest are not displayed. Scrolling stops after about two screens. Funny thing: trying two different computers, this happens with on of them, not the other. One scrolls normally to see the contents of the directory, the other truncates at 30 items. I cannot see any other differences. Weird!

Does it happen using a different web browser like Firefox, Internet Explorer/Edge, Safari?

Good thought, and you are correct - works correctly with Internet Explorer. Problem solved, thanks! The puzzle is that Chrome does work correctly on one installation, but not the other - (both Win10). Still, so long as there is a solution, figuring this out can wait for another day.
