My unit is WD1003FBYX but my vendor offer me a WD10PURX, it is possible change it in my system? My system is a NSM5200 Series HDD Replacement

Have you tried contacting support for the unit that has the drive inside ? They should have the information you need regarding compatibility between the drive and the unit.
