I have my EX4100 has connected to Win 10, ( iPhone 11, iPAD using My cloud app 5) with no issues. Problem is making a reliable connection with Macmin. Throughout last week never connected to MacMinin. then today it connected. I don’t change anything it just connects.
Any suggestions
