Intermittent fan noise while turned OFF; MCH Duo noise while OFF

My MCH Duo unit does makes intermittent noise while turned off.
After the last OTA update in Feb 2023 it’s fan is 100% ON during 90% of the time, making a huge noise.
Then I just turned it OFF through the app. Now, even while is OFF, the fan is intermittent ON. Not at 100% speed… just like an old engine trying to work…

Is this happening with others ? To someone from the tech support: Is this supposed to happen ?

The problem is: noise don’t stop after 3 weeks.

While ON, fan at 100% and huge noise all the time.
While OFF, fan at 50% for 2 seconds, then stop for 40 … 50 seconds, then start again and again…

Is this happening with others ? An endless noise … for weeks … while OFF.
