I am trying to install all the software on my laptop which comes with hard disk but two software(WD Drive Utilities for Windows,WD Security for Windows) gives an error while installing. And also the transfer speed of data is too much slow,i am copying data from my laptop to this disk its give me a speed fo 12MB/Sec. Tell me what should i do next???

Have you tried downloading the latest version of the application from the support site.
