Installing APK' s (Android Apps) in cloud - how to wrap or repackage

Is there a guide that explains how to repackage android apps so that they can be installed on our MyCloudHome.

I want to install my windscribe VPN app + torrent

You can see the supported 3rd party application to My Cloud as mentioned in below link. The upgrade, modification or change to 3rd party apps outside of the version available from the WD App Store is not supported.
