Installation issues

Each time I try to install Passport Essential, my computer “freezes” up.  What would cause this? I have Windows Vista.

i would like to help you out with your issue. What passport exactly is the one that you have? Are you connecting it to a usb hub? check if you have any spyware, antivirus, that may be blocking it from installing.
