Hi
Just bought my passport ultra today, im using a Mac OS Mavericks, when I click on the installation fule, it states the drive is not supported for Mac’s??? I have tried to format and partitiion the drive but this is unsuccessful as well.
Any help much appreciate?

This drive does not require installation in order to operate. However, since it comes formatted for Windows you will need to format it for Mac in order to use it on a Mac. Please click on the link below for instructions on how to format this drive for Mac.
