Install other OS on EX4

Hey.
anyone managed to install a custom debian firmware on the ex4?
i see some managed to do so on the ex2 but no info on the ex4.

i would like to run debian and not busybox since i would like to install also sickrage, couchpotato and homeseer

I have not tried this, i have seen other users wanting to try this out but haven see anyone make it yet , but lets see if another user can share some information or tips on this matter.
