I just bought a My Passport, and the install of the SES driver failed. It will not install onto my laptop, and I cannot use the device. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Is the drive visible on Disk Management or Device Manager?
Also if you connect the drive to another computer do you see the same issue?
The SeS device is not there, but everything else is, and the drive seems to be working, however all I have done is move files to it. I haven’t been able to test it because my system is hosed, and I don’t have access to a second system.
