I just purchased WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra and I’m having a really bad experience.
- mycloud.com/setup redirects to status.mycloud.com and that took me a while to understand where to go to.
- I have attempted multiple times to setup my account; I cannot log into mycloud because I’m never receiving email confirmation links! I’ve tried dozen times. Does anyone know what the issue is? I can’t get into the mobile application.
- I am trying to setup S3 backup to mycloud. I have put my access key, secret key, etc. but all I get is “backup failed”. The permissions are fine because I use this set of keys in other apps as well.
