Hello community.

I have a WD My Book Live Duo disc, which apparently damaged the box, I took the discs (2 x 2TB) but I can not see the information. I do not know if the disks were also damaged or if they were working as a mirror, I can not see the information.

Please someone who can give me some advice how to get the information I had on those disks, or how can I tell if the disks are damaged or in good condition.

Hello,

These drives hold a different format than regular internal drives, so you will not be able to access the data from a PC.
In order to recover the data I recommend you contact a data recovery company.
