I have a 1TB My Passport external drive and it is showing too many bad sectors when run diagnostic using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics.
Problem is I am not able to get through to the customer support in India. From past two days the numbers provided (1800-200-5789/1800-419-5591) are not reachable. I always get “There are no Agents avaiable to attend your call”.
Email case is not attended either - Ref # : [[[Deleted]]]
Wonder what is wrong with the support in India… Does anyone has any idea?
