India Support issues

I have a 1TB My Passport external drive and it is showing too many bad sectors when run diagnostic using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics. 

Problem is I am not able to get through to the customer support in India. From past two days the numbers provided (1800-200-5789/1800-419-5591) are not reachable. I always get “There are no Agents avaiable to attend your call”. 

Email case is not attended either -  Ref # : [[[Deleted]]]

Wonder what is wrong with the support in India… Does anyone has any idea?

Got in touch with the customer care finally, they called me and created RMA for my HDD. 

BTW, an automated response of “No Agents are available to attend your call” on call center actually means “All Agents are busy and you need to wait” this is what caused all the confusion about support… :slight_smile:
