It is not possible to download in the phone (Android) PDFs, docs, or other format which is not an image/video. It is extremely annoying and a huge downside of the mobile app for android, specially when most people use phones. What a cloud is it one in which one cannot store anything else than pictures?
I think it is absolutely necessary that the support of additional file types are supported ASAP, at the very least, the most common files, txt, pdf, doc, docx, audiobooks… Is that in the roadmap?

Thanks Keerti_01 for your response. I checked the linked you provided which, in my opinion, only confirms that it is not possible to download to the phone other files than mostly pictures and video. However, common files like PDF or DOCX or TXT cannot be downloaded to the phone. At least, I did not find any solution or work-around for that type of files.
It is unfortunate. A cloud which does not allow to manage on the phone such common files is quite a not so useful device. Pity that this was supported before and not anymore. However, if I am mistaken, please let me know how to save such files in the phone. If it is not possible, I truly encourage the WD team to implement the function for Android.
