Increase lifespan of WD red plus disk

I have bought a NAS and added 2 x 4TB WD red plus disks with raid 1 so that i can use it for my personal photos / videos / some files… I use it only during 08:00 - 17:00

I want to ask what is the best option to increase the lifespan of the disks. Hybernate them after 20 minutes when NAS is not is use and keep the running 24/7 OR shut down the NAS in the evening and turn in on again in the morning.

Thank you in advance.
