I am using smart ware pro backup program, but it doesn’t copy all my files. For example…I have ad folder with 5 sub folders but the backup only has 3 of the folders. I have deleted the backup and started over many times . Always the same result. Any suggestions. Am I going to have to upgrade to windows 7 pro to get the results?
Are the folders marked as hidden? Are there any special characters imbedded in the folder names? Try renaming the folders to something simple.
