I have the same problem. I want to do an RMA on a failed disk, but need a password reset. When resetting the password I get the same error of inactive user account.
I have posted a request for help from wd support, three times now, but no-one responds.please help

I just ran into this same problem. I also sent an email question to support ( REMOVED DUE TO PRIVACY POLICY ), but would like this resolved quickly so I can submit the RMA.

I have a bad drive that I called to get an RMA for, but I have NOT been given any information about where to send the drive and an email that says I haven’t “responded to” something … but I cannot log into my account because the system won’t let me.
Please fix my account so that I can take care of this RMA issue.
