A situation exists where in I have to do a retrieve. I have backed up by the File Category and indeed at the backup tab in Smartware I see the file structure. However, when I go to the Retrieve tab the listing is completely different and defitnitly not my file structure… Therefore I cannot retrieve my files. ???
@peterroof What does yours look like? Below is an image from mine. I have had to retrieve my backup at least three times and I have never had a problem. What are you missing on yours?
