INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE after windows update

Hi,

I was using WD black2 as my primary hard drive of my HP laptop and OS is windows 8.1. Recently windows update updated WD Black2 Update. After that update laptop keeps restarting loops which has above error. INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

What I have tried

Tried system restore - surprisingly there is no any restore points available.
tried to do startup repair - did not work
Tried to refresh system - did not work
Tried to boot to safe mode -did not work

Is your hard drive still detected withing your computer’s BIOS? If not, it may be an unfortunate (And coincidental) hardware failure. If it is, you may need your Microsoft Windows installation disc in order to repair the Operating System or re-install it.

Hard disk is accessible I can go to windows advanced tools and go to command prompt and c: drive has the data also without hardware error. also I tried it connection via USB to another laptop and all my data is still there. Inassible boot device error comes in end of windows loading.
