Impossible to make the login on community or support

Hi guys.
I have a very strange problem.

I can’t login into the support area (to register the warranty of my new mycloud) and also to the community forum.

I can only register a new account each time. With the new account I can login correctly.

If I try to login with my previous account, I can’t.

I tried with Windows and Linux, and with different computers and browsers (IE and Firefox)

Someone can help me please?
