I install a new myCloud Ex2 Ultra on my network with two new hard drive. The main led is blue, the led of the two disk are red, the myCloud Ex2 Ultra is present in the explorer (MacOS) but setup is impossible with an error message : no myCloud Ex2 find. I try setup with OS3 setup myCloud Ex2 is find but impossible to create an account ??? !!!
What can I do.
Hello, you don’t need the setup software to access the My Cloud, you can access the My Cloud by opening safari and typing http://wdmycloudex2.local this should give you access of the My Cloud user interface and be able to setup the drive.
