If i format my ssd, will it be without password?

I think i caught a virus, and then my ssd got locked with a password, i can format it in my bios, will it remove the password?

most likely, and it will remove all the data on drive along with it.

if you’re happy to lose everything and start from scratch with just want a blank hard drive, then sure, go ahead and format it.
