Ibi Setup Error

Trying to setup a new Ibi. This is the error I am getting “Something Went Wrong”

This is the second Ibi I have tried to setup. I RMAed the first one and now support wants me to send this one back and get another one from them. Are the Ibi servers back online?

Have you looked for a sub-forum for your device because it isn’t a My Cloud Home!

What phone are you using to set it up? OnePlus? I’ve had trouble with those before. Try using a different phone.
