I have been trying for about 1 year to try to resolve an issue with backing up for Time Machine to WD cloud.
I have aligned with Apple and it is an known issue with WD even provided all the links I found.
Initially WD confirmed to work on the issue and then suddenly they started to ignore my tickets around it.
FUNNY THEY SAY they dont care about …
