I was only able to back up once om My Passport Essential

hello,

I have only been able to back up on my passport essential once.

Also when i go to retrieve files that were backed up i do not see the original volume to select .

When I tried to back up it shows no files to back up and on the detailed view I can click on the files to back up

but  no file sizes are displayed. I tried reinstallaling updating new software.

Nothing is happening. I am getting very frustrated

Hi there…

If I were you, I’d format the drive to erase the backup and then update to version 1.4.3.4+… It will allow you to see the files inside the drive without going to the tabs…

Smartware creates only one backup, so it will only work when you add more files and it does it on its own… (I don’t use Smartware for my own backup though)
