As a fellow Windows phone owner, I can tell you that you have purchased two wrong products.

Bottom line is, you can’t. There is no Windows Mobile app, and no Samba support on your phone.

You will have to find a third party Windows Phone Sync app that allows for local network access to a network attached storage device like the My Cloud.

WD discontinued the WD2Go app for Windows Phone over a year ago and have NO plans to reintroduce it.

Microsoft has FAILED to sell enough mobile phones – again, and have exited the market for good. There are only two types of phone platforms that app makers care about, and they are iPhone or the various Android phones. So recycle your Windows phone, never buy one again, and get either of the two supported phones and you can use any app made,.

A quick search on the internet reveals that this phone uses windows phone 10.
Another reveals that there are SMB capable file managers in the windows store that will work with this phone.

The first is buyware, called metro file manager.

The second is Total Commander.

Total commander is free. I use the android version on my galaxy S5.

Both are able to access network shares, which you could then use to copy the contents of the phone.
