I purchased an EX4 many years ago but have not used it in several years. I do not remember my username or password. How can I wipe the drives and start over? Help!!!

HI Cat, I had to reset my device to factory settings and now I have the original login screen with “device username” and “password” fields. It shows “admin” and when I go to password the field is solid. Even if it was open, I have no password to enter. Now what?
