I just bought a New G-Raid 0G02493 enclosure

I just bought a New G-Raid 0G02493 enclosure For a 8TB setup. I purchased 2 Western Digital WD Red 4TB NAS HDD 5400RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB cache (WD40EFRX). Will this work? How do I configure it. I know the original drives that goes in this are 7200 rpm but I found this G-Raid 0G02493 brand new on eBay so I thought I would see if this works? I have not received the second 4TB drive yet but I am wondering if anyone has tried this??

I am also having a same issue. I was so stuck after setting the configurator to RAID 1, and had no idea why it wasn’t showing on the desktop. Had no idea I needed to initialise the disk in Disk Utility.
