I have lost my WD smart ware installation for WD My book on Mac. What should i do

and 

My power buttoon when i push it aren’t change anything do i have to install WD smartware first before using it?

You can download WD Smartware for Mac from the link below:

WD Smartware is not required to use the drive. The drive should power up and be seen on the computer even if WD Smartware is not installed.

If the drive is not powering on make sure it is plugged directly to the wall outlet. An extension cord, power strip or surge protector may be the cause of this.
