I have installed Beta but can't see the options for USB export?

I have installed Beta but can’t see the options for USB export?
I am trying to access it through the app that was advised on iOS.

@Ryan_avis Have you looked at the User Manual for the My Cloud Home? See Chapter Three.

I have checked the manual, I can see the error below constantly coming up.

You have to use Beta Andriod or IOS App, then click on the lines in the top left corner. It’s helpfully labelled as “Import USB” the “Export” option doesn’t appear until you click on it. But it won’t work unless your USB device is plugged in.
