I have an old My Passport and need unlock drivers

Hey all, I have an old My Passport, P/N WDBBEP00K-01 S/N WX91AA3K1295 and my computer decided to delete the unlocker. The support system isn’t recognizing my s/n so I can’t download them. Its from 2014 and still works perfectly, it has a lot of photos I don’'t want to lose on it. Help please
