I was looking at getting one of these (WDBABF0000NBK-NESN)
The bullet points on WD’s website state that it support component, but all i see in the pics are composite and hdmi. Am I missing something…does this work with an hdmi to compenent adapter?
No, it has a mini-to-component output (so you’ll need a component to mini cable, which it comes with).

The unit you are thinking of getting is a WDTV HD generation 2. This board is for the WDTV Live only.
It appears that the WDTV HD generation 2 does not support component video only composite and HDMI.
The WDTV Live however does support component.
