Try to register my WD product because I want to know the status of the warranty … I put my e-mail, but I never got any confirmation e-mail.

If I try to register with the e-mail that I put … it tells me that it is already registered in the system. But if I’m going to want to recover the password, it tells me that that e-mail does not exist …
