I cant use remote access from dashboard

My PC died a few months back, now with the new PC when I go into the My Book Live dashboard I cannot access the rmote access option in the settings (i want to add some more users). what am i missing?

The conections that I already have seem to work fine from devices such as iphone.

Hi,

What browser are you using?

Make sure that you have all the JAVA and flash player updates.

I am using Google chrome but have also tried internet explorer, I have updated both flash & java but I still get the hang up trying to access Settings/remote access.

Are you able to test that using a different PC?

This will allow us to identify were the issue is comming from.
