Hello,

Have you tried multiple ports on the PC?

It could be a drivers issue. Check on device manager to see if the drivers are properly installed. If yes, check how is the drive showing on disk management.

I had simalare problems but with drive showing up on one laptop but not on another. Have a look at the solution I found it might help you worth a look. See gpojo.

I have tried all port on my laptop and several other laptops i downloaded the drivers from the support center not sure if they installed correctly, but still the drive is not recognised by my laptop
