Hi: I just synchronized my external hard drive with the new wd tv live hub but when I go to video it says no media files while the internal hard drive is less in space? Can someone help me? Thanks
Your files may be there. Look in Files rather than Videos. If you still don’t see them, try looking from a networked computer. If the files are there, you may have to delete the media library (turn it off and then back on, I think) and/or try a restart and let it recompile the library.
Synced files go to a subfolder within usb_sync or network_sync that will have the name of whatever your drive is. Try looking in there.
