Hi guys,
I have a serious problem with wd my cloud, am losing 3.1 TB on my disk and I do not understand why am lost for any reason,
who can help me in this case?
@periwinkler What have you backed up to your My Cloud? Other, shows items backed up that do not belong in the categories of Videos, Photos, and Music Tracks.
Do you have other computers or devices backed up to your My Cloud?
