I can't find my 9 figure config number

Hi I am sorry but I cannot find the 9 figure set up number on the base of the device , I also do not seem to have quick set up leaflet? I know I am fairly stupid but can’t see anything.

Do you have a My Cloud or a My Cloud Home? Have you read the User Manual for your device?
