I can't even assign an e-mail to the users! No cloud access at all

Dear Community,

I can not register my e-mail to the WD user and hence can not access to my files on the go. I can only access my files at home while connected to same network. This is driving me crazy. After many e-mail with the support staff - I decided to consult to the user community.

Has anyone seen an “ERROR - Undefined” message like this after an attempt to register your e-mail address for a user of device (WD MyCloud 2TB)?

The issue is probably DNS. The KBA listed below should help
