I can't able to access my data after restart my 'My cloud home'

Hi,
I have my personal My cloud home with me. It was working fine till yesterday. But after I restart my cloud home, I cannot access the data. When I checked in mobile app, it showing the connection type is ‘Relay’ and my cloud home’s LED “breathing slowly”. Even I can’t upload a single file also. I disabled my firewall and restart the my cloud home. But the problem, still exist. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
